Our “My Service” program gives you an opportunity to provide your Customer Care Ambassador with a list of non-emergency items for inspection during your first year. At the eleven month mark, we will contact you to set up your one time drywall adjustment.
To schedule a My Service appointment, please click the button below and complete the form provided. During the inspection, your community's Construction Manager will review your concerns and detail work to be done by our trade partners. Once the inspection has occurred, we will follow-up with a workday to be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM.
